What do you do as an SEO Specialist? 
As an SEO Specialist, you will play a key role within our performance marketing team. You will work with a group of six experienced SEO specialists (3 experts, 2 mediors and 1 junior) to optimize and grow the organic performance of our brands. Within this position you will work for several EQOM Group brands in Europe, such as EasyToys, Kondomerite and Amorelie.  

We like to be at the forefront of AI innovations to make our work not only easier but more effective. In addition, you get plenty of room to further develop yourself and expand your expertise. You are part of an international team and are in regular contact with our colleagues in Germany, Norway and France.  

· Analyze the search behavior of our target groups and respond to it  
· Set up, manage and optimize SEO strategies  
· Work on organic shopping, SEO content optimizations, landing pages and technical improvements  
· Analyze results and adjust where necessary  
· Implement AI solutions to improve SEO processes  
· Identify opportunities and come up with new ideas to take SEO performance to the next level

About you  

· You have at least two years of experience in SEO and are ready for the next step in your career. 
· You are analytically strong, creative and think outside the box. 
· You work in a structured way and know how to set priorities. 
· You are a team player, but also able to work independently. 
· Strong communication skills, both in Dutch and English: (we work internationally with the other EQOM labels; speaking English is easy for you and you know how to express yourself clearly) 
· You know how to inspire your colleagues

Do you bring the following to EQOM?  

· Experience with Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, Google Organic Shopping, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog and Excel.  
· Experience with technical SEO optimization and reporting.  
· Experience implementing SEO solutions in a medium-sized organization.  
· Own SEO optimized website.

This position requires you to work at least three days a week at our office in Veendam. Please clearly mention this in your cover letter, describing your experience with AI. In addition, give an example of your best SEO result and explain how you realized this.
