As Senior Strategic Business Development Manager you are working for the EQOM Group of which AMORELIE is one subsidiary company. The EQOM Group's mission is to become the unbeatable market leader in the sexual wellness industry, by bringing together the strongest companies within Europe and connecting the best partners across the globe.

We are preparing EQOM to grow as a successful market leader for the long term. The Strategic Business Development team is focused on defining compelling market strategies for all our markets and driving appropriate decision making across the organization. We are developing a sustainable and stable organization that is equipped for future success. We work closely with our shareholders and all types of stakeholders across the organization.

These are some examples of your duties:

  • You identify, support or own topics that will bring EQOM to the next level - in close collaboration with leadership and experts across the organisation;
  • You master working on a variety of challenges like sustainability (ESG) strategy development, project ownership or acceleration contribution, PMO steering or shareholder reporting;
  • You hold the end-to-end responsibility on high-priority projects/programs across the company with a broad set of international stakeholders;
  • You master the art of zooming in and zooming out. This means pushing the boundaries of operational realities to reach a larger vision & continuously identifying areas for growth;
  • You maximize the outputs across international teams and companies to ensure cross-functional project success, as well as provide regular updates to broader stakeholder groups and build up/ share best practices as they emerge;
  • You identify required contributors and ensure progress on work streams, including facilitating resolutions of roadblocks as a true empowering partner.
