As an influencer marketer, you've been around in the influencer world for a few years. You know how to touch the right communication strings and you know exactly how to activate and enthuse influencers. You breathe social media & influencer marketing and have a lot of knowledge about it.
We consider our influencers to be 'one of us'. As an influencer marketer, you will create as much added value as possible for all influencers in the network. You do this by contributing to their own social growth, offering a platform for the creation of diverse content, by making knowledge available, by organizing physical events and by deploying influencers in campaigns.
With the latter, the use of influencer campaigns, you have a lot of experience. You are a valuable discussion partner for internal stakeholders and the influencers and know better than anyone how to convert a communication objective into an effective and creative influencer campaign. You will use your creative skills and have a talent for matching the right influencers to a campaign.
As an Influencer Marketer, you are a strategic thinker, you have a vision, share your opinion, and come up with new initiatives. You are a team player and together you are focused on achieving (team) goals.
You report to the Brand Manager and work together with an energetic and result-oriented team consisting of international marketing professionals. This position offers a lot of freedom to experiment and execute your ideas. With our growth ambitions, the position also comes with its challenges: how to grow our brands quickly but efficiently using influencer marketing? The team and environment work at a fast pace and are very results driven.
About the position: In the Influencer marketer position, you will be part of our influencer team within our international marketing team, focusing on influencer content, campaigns, and conversions. You are the ultimate knowledge hub for our team of marketers. You are responsible for adding value to our campaigns through your broad and extensive knowledge of Influencer Marketing. You are responsible for planning and optimizing influencer campaigns. As well as evaluating and ensuring the best possible insights reporting on a regular basis. You will also lead influencer campaigns for brands, channels and/or teams within our broader group of brands.
As an Influencer marketer, you combine your passion for creative marketing solutions with a strong analytical approach. You won't settle for anything less than the best performing campaign, so you are results-oriented, not afraid to make changes for better results and you proactively implement your analytical skills at work. You have a high level of business insight, communication skills and professionalism as you will interact regularly with internal project teams and external experts.
