As a Customer Service Representative you are the calling card of our organization. You take care of the contact with our customers. You will answer the phone, handle e-mails and WhatsApp calls while you can also offer online chat support. The (incoming) questions from our customers are diverse. It is possible that a customer has a question about a payment, a defective product or about the delivery time of the order. You inform customers proactively about the order status and come up with solutions when there are problems in the order or delivery process. You also manage the order management and have regular contact with other departments within EDC. Furthermore, together with your colleagues you are responsible for the administrative processing of returns. You ensure a correct administrative handling of all activities. In short, together with your colleagues you ensure maximum customer satisfaction and customer service.
Our Customer Service consists of multiple languages such as Spanish, German, Polish, Italian, Dutch, English and French. If you speak another language besides Dutch, we still have some spots available!
The Customer Service is open on weekdays from 09.00 to 21.00, on Saturdays from 10.00 to 21.00 and on Sundays from 17.00 to 21.00.
