Assistant Quality & Compliance Management

As an Assistant Quality & Compliance Management at EQOM Group, you will support the Quality & Compliance Management Team. Your main challenge is to assist in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards, comply with laws and regulations, and exceed customer expectations. Your role includes:

• Support & Collaboration: You work closely within the QCM Team to work on different operational tasks. Also, you will assist in the implementation of strategies and projects;
• Training & Development: You assist in facilitating training programs and support in the development of the management system focused on quality management principles, compliance, and best practices, thus increasing engagement with quality and compliance within our organization;
• Improvement & Optimization: You are continuously looking for opportunities for improvement, quality enhancement, and customer satisfaction;
• Learning & Engagement: You are eager to learn and develop your own knowledge and skills, with the possibility to grow in function. You are not afraid to share your thoughts, as the team is always open for new ideas.

We are looking for a driven professional who identifies with the following profile:

• You have a strong interest in quality and compliance management;
• Previous work experience is a plus, but not required;
• You have an eye for detail and possess the analytical ability to manage complex data and processes accurately;
• You have strong organizational skills;
• You can work both independently and as part of a team;
• You are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
